• We offer FREE ground shipping services within the continental 48 states
• If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, after your order is placed we'll quote you the shipping charge via e-mail

• Most orders will be shipped same day if received by 2PM central standard time
• Orders are shipped from our strategically placed warehouse and suppliers and will reach the continental 48 states within 4 days for most cases.

RETURNS

• All returns must include a return goods authorization(RGA) form.  To request this form please email us at info@thebestavayastore.com
• Returned items must be stocked and properly processed before refunds are issued to the customer's credit card. Credit card refunds may take up to 30 days to be issued from the day we receive the item(s) in our warehouse, depending on processing constraints.
• We offer returns on both new and professionally refurbished products within 14 days of the original order date for credit.
• Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.  Incomplete or defective returns will be refused.

• If any returned items are found to be damaged or incomplete we will not provide credit for the return, and the customer will be charged in full for the amount of the damaged or incomplete item.

• A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all products.

• When a product is returned, the FREE shipping offer is rescinded and the credit will be less the normal ground shipping fee.

• Due to the large quantity of items we carry, some of the products may have to be special ordered. Special ordered items cannot be returned and all sales will be final.

• All software and licenses are purchased as-is and not eligible for return.

SALES TAX

•  Wisconsin residents are subject to a five percent (5%) sales tax.

DAMAGED OR DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) ITEMS

• Please inspect all packages before accepting delivery. If item is damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt to acquire an RGA number. A replacement for the damaged item will be sent once damaged item is returned.
• NO items will be replaced after 14 days of purchase.
• New items that arrive damaged or DOA can be returned for a full refund.
• Professionally Refurbished Items that arrive damaged or DOA will be replaced with an identical like item.
